Laksh International School, Kisannagar Students Shine at Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026

Beloved chairman ,staff along with Students from Grades 6 to 10 of Laksh International School, Kisannagar had a truly enriching experience at the Hyderabad Literary Festival (HLF) 2026, held from January 24–26 at Sattva Knowledge City in HITEC City, Hyderabad. This annual celebration of books, ideas, culture, and creativity provided our young learners with a remarkable opportunity to expand their horizons beyond the classroom.

The festival is a multi-genre, multidisciplinary, and multilingual event that brings together writers, artists, scholars, scientists, creators and performers from across India and around the world. HLF celebrates literature, art, culture, poetry, storytelling, and meaningful conversations that inspire people of all ages.

✨ A Festival of Learning and Inspiration

At HLF 2026, our students were immersed in an atmosphere of creativity and intellectual curiosity. The festival’s diverse streams — including Books & Ideas, Poetry – Kaavya Dhaara, Stage Talks, Science & The City, Storyweavers, and Climate Conversations — offered them exposure to new perspectives and the world of ideas.

They took part in engaging sessions where they:

📖 Met renowned authors and storytellers, gaining insights into the craft of writing and the power of imagination.
🎨 Explored poetry, literature, and art, appreciating how different forms of expression shape culture and identity.
🧠 Joined interactive discussions on significant contemporary themes — from storytelling traditions to the pressing topic of climate change — fostering awareness about environmental challenges and global responsibility.
🎭 Experienced cultural performances and workshops, encouraging creativity, confidence, and expression among young minds.

🌍 Broadening Worldviews

The festival’s inclusive programming — featuring voices from diverse languages, backgrounds, and artistic traditions — helped students appreciate not just books and writing, but the world’s cultural richness. From poetry recitations to creative workshops, each moment was a step toward nurturing critical thinking, empathy, and lifelong learning.

Many of our learners expressed how meeting authors and creators boosted their confidence and inspired them to think deeper about their role in writing, storytelling, and even community and environmental stewardship.

🎓 Fostering Future Thinkers

Laksh International School takes pride in providing avenues where students can connect academics with real-world experiences. The Hyderabad Literary Festival was more than an educational outing — it was an awakening to culture, creativity, dialogue, and global issues.

We congratulate all the participating students for their enthusiasm and commend their eagerness to explore beyond textbooks. Their curious minds and insightful questions truly reflected the spirit of Laksh — learning without limits.
